After a yearlong hiatus, I'm back! Life has been a bit crazy lately, and a lot has happened.
School has been wonderful. It's been a lot of work, a lot of stress, but more than anything, rewarding. I've learned a lot, and continue to learn and improve. This program has been a life changing experience for me.
More news: I've launched my website! It's jnaylorillustration.com. The website is still under construction, but you can view some of my more recent work. I will keep updating it and improving it as time goes on.
Last bit of news, this Friday is the opening reception for Cal State Monterey Bay's Illustrating Nature show! You'll see the work done by our class, and it's really some gorgeous work. It's been an enriching experience being among such talented individuals. The show will be up from May 7-June 4 at the Pacific Grove Natural History Museum.
Just for fun, here's one of my recently completed pieces. It's the life of Torosaurus, done in coquille and colored in with Photoshop.
Adios for now, I have a date with some illustrator line work!
Wow, this looks beautiful. Good luck at the show!
